Refunds and Returns
In the event of damaged goods:
Clients must arrange returns with WoodenStuff within 3 (three) days of receipt and make use of a courier on their own expense. We regret that no refunds are available. WoodenStuff will then resend returned goods at our expense. Goods must be well packaged. No damaged goods will be accepted due to bad packaging.
